Dubai recorded its fourth consecutive win by downing ASVEL 96-85 at Coca-Cola Arena. Dubai improved to 15-14 in the standings and is 11-3 at home this season. ASVEL dropped to 7-22 and is now on a three-game losing streak.
Dwayne Bacon led the winners with 18 points. McKinley Wright and Mfiondu Kabengele each scored 16, Dzanan Musa added 15 and Filip Petrusev had 11 for Dubai. Wright also collected 5 rebounds and 7 assists for a game-high PIR of 27. Glynn Watson paced ASVEL with 17 points, Braian Angola added 15, Bastien Vautier scored 13 and Shaquille Harrison 11 for the visitors.
Dubai led 24-17 after 10 minutes behind an outstanding Kabengele. It extended its lead to 47-36 at halftime and then again to 75-58 at the end of the third quarter, sealing the outcome long before the final buzzer.
